PARADE CANCELLATIONS/ CHANGES: 

*When it becomes evident that bad weather or unforeseen circumstances will cancel a parade or time/ date change, WE REQUIRE SUFFICIENT NOTIFICATION— 48 HOURS BEFORE THE DAY OF THE PARADE TO RECEIVE A REFUND. (Ex. If the parade is scheduled for FRIDAY 1PM, 48 hours before that is WEDNESDAY 1PM) IF CANCELLED WITHIN ALLOTTED TIME, THE $100.00 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT PER FLOAT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE FULL AMOUNT, HOWEVER, THE BALANCE WILL BE REFUNDED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. IF YOUR EVENT IS CANCELED AFTER THE 48 HOURS BUT BEFORE 12 HOURS OF THE SCHEDULED DATE, YOU MAY RESCHEDULE YOUR RENTAL WITHIN 120 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL DATE, HOWEVER, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.

*If a parade is canceled 12 HOURS OR LESS prior to the event (Ex. If the parade is FRIDAY 1PM, 12 hours before that is FRIDAY 1AM), THERE WILL BE NO REFUND ISSUED, however, if there is a rescheduled date within 120 days of the canceled event and IF there is availability, there will be a “Driver Fee” that will have to be paid prior to the rescheduled date. The “Driver Fee” will be based on the location of the event.

*If a rescheduled date is given and WE DO NOT have availability for that date, an additional 60 days for a rescheduled date will be added, HOWEVER, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.
