PASSENGER RULES
(*please read CAREFULLY*)

*NO PERSON will be allowed to ride the float under the influence of *ANY* drugs or alcohol.

*NO HANGING OFF SIDES OF FLOAT. Hands, Legs, & Feet will remain within the edges of float at ALL TIMES while float is in motion.

*NO STANDING WHILE FLOAT IS IN MOTION.

*NO USE OF OFFENSIVE LANGUAGE while riding float.

*ALL RIDERS* must load and exit the float from the front by using the step ladder provided by driver. (If you need help getting on or off float, ask driver)

*No Children under the age of 12 years will be allowed to ride without adult supervision

*If emergency occurs while float is in motion, get drivers attention so that they can STOP the float before exiting.

*ALL RIDERS Must adhere to the maximum number of riders listed for Each float. We CANNOT exceed the recommended amount of riders. *THIS IS FOR SAFETY PURPOSES*

*Customers are NOT allowed to ride in the towing vehicle with drivers during the parade.

*TAPE OR NAILS are NOT ALLOWED to attach banners, extra decorations, or props. These items could damage the float and decorations. Staples or zip ties can be used. If additional help is needed, ask driver.

*Drivers are NOT responsible for any items or banners left on float after parade is over. Please check for ALL belongings before exiting float.

*Drivers are NOT responsible for returning passengers to vehicles at the end of the parade. Please have other transportation available.

*Persons who are Not riding on float will NOT be allowed to walk Near truck or float while in motion. *THIS IS FOR SAFETY PURPOSES*

*(CHRISTMAS SEASON FLOATS) NO TYPE of Artificial Snow/ Glitter that cannot be easily removed BY THE CUSTOMERS can be added to floats.

*Customers are responsible for cleaning up any trash, added decorations, and or leftover residue that was Not there prior to using the float. If this occurs and our company is responsible for excessive cleaning after an event, there will be a cleaning fee of $100.00 charged to the group or responsible party due 10 days after the event date. *Please note: Drivers will provide photos of the incident*

*Tips for your driver are Not required but are Welcomed! 🙂

Please understand that these rules and regulations are Only for the safety & security of *ALL* riders and our drivers. If these rules are not followed accordingly, we have the right to terminate our services Immediately and a refund will *Not* be offered. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and services!
